- Tax brackets and CMHC rules change over time
- Real-world quotes from lenders may differ due to additional fees, programs, or underwriting considerations
- Property tax, insurance, condo fees, and other costs are not included unless otherwise stated
- Stress-test math uses the prevailing 5.25% / contracted+2% rule; lenders may apply their own variations
